What you pay, when you pay it, and who you pay it to. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

Venue bookings
- Venue partners set their own hourly rate. The rate you see on a listing is the rate you pay.
- Your total is the hourly rate multiplied by the hours you book. The booking screen shows the total before you pay.
- You pay 10% of the total online to confirm the slot. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the venue, on their terms.
- We charge customers no separate booking fee or convenience fee.
Example
A hall at ₹4,500/hour booked for 4 hours is ₹18,000. You pay ₹1,800 now to confirm, and ₹16,200 to the venue.
Socials
Socials are curated events priced per head, shown on each event card. You pay the full amount online when you take a spot, and the price covers what the event listing says it covers. Spots are limited and non-refundable.
Taxes
Prices shown may exclude taxes where the venue partner charges them separately. GST and any other applicable tax is charged as per law, and the venue partner invoices you for the balance they collect.
Listing a venue
Listing a venue on partybeasts is free today. We'll give venue partners clear notice here, and by email, before introducing any listing fee or commission.
How you can pay
- UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay.
- Payments are in Indian Rupees.
- We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Changes to pricing
Venue partners may change their rates at any time, but the price shown when you book is the price that applies to that booking. See Cancellations & Refunds for what happens if plans change.
