Venues are owned and operated by independent venue partners. We list and present them, handle discovery and the booking record, and collect the advance. We do not own, run, staff or inspect the venues, and the event itself is a contract between you and the venue partner.

We act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Venue partners are responsible for their listings, licences, safety and for honouring confirmed bookings.

• You must be 18 or older to book or to list a venue.
• Give accurate details and keep your login to yourself — activity under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone or book on false details.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt fraud.

• Instant Book: you pick a date and time, and pay 10% of the total online to confirm. The balance is settled directly with the venue.
• Enquiries: for some venues you send a request instead, and the venue partner responds with availability and terms.
• Socials: curated events where you buy a per-head spot. These are paid in full online and are non-refundable.
• A booking is only confirmed once the advance is successfully paid. An unpaid booking does not hold the slot — someone else may book that time.
• Prices are set by the venue partner and shown in Indian Rupees. Taxes apply as per law.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. See Pricing & Fees and Cancellations & Refunds.

• Follow the venue's house rules, timings, capacity limits and local law. Overstaying or exceeding capacity may cost extra, charged by the venue.
• Damage caused by you or your guests is your responsibility and is settled with the venue.
• Venue partners may refuse entry where guests are unsafe, intoxicated beyond reason, or in breach of house rules.

• List only venues you own or are authorised to let. Listings go through our approval before they appear publicly.
• Keep photos, capacity, pricing, amenities and availability truthful and current. Photos must be of the actual venue and yours to use.
• Honour confirmed bookings. Repeated cancellations may lead to removal from the platform.
• You are responsible for your own licences, permissions, taxes and insurance.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is false, abusive, unlawful, or that contains personal data of others. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.

We are responsible for running the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the condition, safety, legality or quality of a venue, for a venue partner cancelling or failing to perform, or for any loss arising at an event.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability for any booking is limited to the advance amount you paid to us through the platform for that booking.
